Recently I ordered some lithium-ion batteries from Orbtronic. Their site is easy to navigate and shop from, and the item descriptions are very informative...you know exactly what you are buying. Later in the same day I received an email notice that my items had been shipped already! My batteries arrived even earlier than the USPS 'estimate', which was also a pleasant surprise. My batteries were ridiculously well-packed! Not only were they in re-usable plastic containers, they were then inserted into foam-lined cardboard boxes! This is a level of service I truly appreciate, it's obvious that someone went to a great deal of work to ensure my products arrived safely. Orbtronic definitely cares about their products and their customers and I give them thanks and a WELL DONE!

First time customer and a future one as well! Customer service was excellent. Placed an order, had a few questions about it and they were answered promptly. Ordered it on a friday night and got it on monday morning (with regular, standard shipping). Can't beat that. Packaging was excellent; the protective cell case is very well made and the cell itself is of undoubtable quality.

INSANELY FAST SHIPPING. I ordered a pair of Sony VCT5s on a Friday night and they were delivered to California on Monday. Received immediate order confirmation and shipping confirmation the next day with tracking number. Order was packed like they were shipping the Hope Diamond. Both batteries metered at 3.53 volts prior to first charge. Great price for the real deal, too.

I just received my second of batteries from Orbtronic. I ordered these on Monday and received in the mail today, Wednesday! This place is not like a lot of them and it takes a week to get your order out the door! This is my go to battery store from now on! I have never had to use the customer service, but I am positive that it will be just as good as they are in their shipping department.
Now for the batteries...Wow! I have been ordering the Obtronic 30A/2100mAh 18650 batteries for my vape shop! These things are phenomenal! Of course, right after I placed my first order, they go on sale. LOL Timing is everything. These batteries I would have compared to the Sony VTC4. But give them about 3 deep charge/discharge cycles and they outperform any VTC5 that I have owned. Now my customers are on to me that I did not get these in the shop earlier.

Ordered a pair of PD2900's for my ecig mods, before I was using efests (2600 flat)and would only get about 3 hours of vaping before i needed to change batteries. with these I vape all day without changing - about 10 hours. Excellent product! and excellent service! arrived on time and Sal was very responsive with his emails

I needed to add something to my recent post. I also purchased the XTAR-SP2 from Orbtronics and couldn't be more satisfied with this product.

It charges my 14500 and 18650 batteries at .5A, 1A or 2Amps, by my choice, at the push of a button. If I'm in a hurry and have no spare battery I charge at the higher recommended rate. But if I have time, I charge at the lower .5A rate which prolongs the usable life of the battery.

Also, each channel is independent so you can charge two unequally discharged batteries at the same time.

I am also able to charge my older ICR 123 Li-ion batteries at .5amps using "spacers" from a previous charger. This charger also handles the "fatter" rechargeable batteries like the 26650's. And the price is right at Orbtronics!

I have made three purchases at this web site with outstanding results! Sal has been very helpfull with all my questions and concerns at all hours of the day and night! 

Your 3400mAh 18650 batteries are top notch as are the 14500 batteries I have purchased.

And the customer service and fast shipping is second to non! If you asked me for any recommendations on how to improve my buying experience ... I would not have an answer.

if i could rate this company and products higher than 10 i would. outstanding customer service. their products are top shelf. i have ordered several 18650's (in 3400mAh), and 3v RCR123's, along with Xtar chargers (VP1 and SP2), and couldn't be happier with my purchase. i use them in various flashlights including the Klarus XT11, inova UV, Surefire X300, Foursevens mini ML, and the most excellent Dereelight Xsearcher. they work great with generic "cree" flashlights as well. 

these batteries perform superbly! you can't go wrong with Orbtronic products.

Just received my order of Panasonic CGR18650CH's. Couldn't be more satisfied with this company TWO days from order to door will be ordering again!!!

I am in the commercial real estate business in NYC. We need to tour and show large retail locations to brokers and prospective retailers. I have a couple of small to medium LED flashlights but they did not produce sufficient light for use in a 10,000 square foot basement. I needed a light with more "firepower" and the XTRA S1 filled the need. It lights up the basement brightly and provides safety while walking around the area. I also ordered 6 3400milliamp-hr lithium ion batteries and a six battery charger. All of these do an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a powerful flashlight.

ordered some 18650 batteries for my provari vaporizer (2250 mah high drain) that last waaaay longer than the one AW batteries that came with device. could not ask for better customer service (thanks again Sal) from the folks at orbtronic. Sal says they will be coming out with a even larger mah high drain for these devices soon, 2900 mah i think he said. will check those out when available.

Who ever runs this company needs to run for president! If all companies were as professional as Orbtronic is their would never be any negative feedback. :) Still using my Orbtronic 18650 cells and they ARE THE BEST!!!

Ordered some Orbtronic 3400ah 18650 LATE Thursday night via their website and received them Saturday morning. The only way you beat that kind of service is with hand delivery. :)

I am a high-power flashlight junkie and some of my lights take 18650 batterys. I've been using Ultrafire 18650s for a long time before learning that their are better batterys out there. I've read lots of articles on 18650 batterys and most of them praise the Panasonic cells. So I decided to try out the Orbtronics "Panasonic" 18650 batterys to see if they were any better. When I first recieved my batterys I put them on my Xtar WP2 II charger. I waited and waited and waited on them to fully charge. Im use to the Ultrafire cells charging in an hour or so. But these cells took around 3 1/2 to 4 hours before I finally got the green light! Installed them in my Nitecore TM11 and they have lasted 4 times longer than the so-called 4000mAh Ultrafire cells. It still amazes me at the reserve power of the Panasonic cells! Well that did it! I will never buy another 18650 battery unless it has Orbtronics written on it! They are truly the absolute best 18650 battery that money can buy! I am now a true believer! D.Goodrow Huntsville,Texas USA

I ordered Panasonic 2900mAh greens but I guess they were out and bumped me up to protected cells and no extra charge. I ordered them w/ free shipping on 12/26/12 and received them 12/29/12.
