We ship from Florida-USA.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
The following shipping options are available when you checkout:
Basic (First Class, or Ground USPS shipping) method - You should receive your order within 4-8 business days.
Expedited USPS Priority Mail- Average delivery time 1-3 business days.
Expedited USPS Express (Overnight in most areas) – Average delivery time 24hrs (48hrs for some areas- set by USPS)
Important: You have to choose one of these 3 shipping options during the checkout process.
You can calculate shipping charges at any time before you proceed with checkout.
Shipping delivery estimates are not guaranteed by USPS.
Please allow more time for shipments to U.S. Territories, or Military APO/FPO addresses.
How much does Expedited (USPS PRIORITY), Basic (USPS FIRST CLASS), or USPS Express shipping cost?
To see all shipping options and shipping fees do these two simple steps:
1. Place the items you wish to know the total shipping cost on into your virtual shopping cart by pressing the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page.
2. Click on “Shipping: Add info” link (located in “Your Cart”, and/or "Checkout" page), enter your state /city / postal (zip) code, and accurate shipping fees for expedited/basic or express shipping will be calculated for you.
Note: To see accurate shipping fees please verify that your postal (zip) code was entered correctly.
Benefits of choosing USPS Priority, or USPS Express shipping options:
If you select USPS Priority, or USPS Express shipping option, you will not only get your order delivered faster, but your order will be placed on the top of the high priority list at our shipping department.
Will I get a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes. After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us, followed by a shipping notification email including a link to your tracking information, and tracking number.
If you do not see any email from orbtronic.com in your inbox email folder, please check your spam filter, and add orbtronic.com email to your contacts (white list).
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO's?
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes, APO's.
Important: APO: USPS is not providing full tracking data (updates) for APO addresses (it depends on APO destination).
International orders:

For all international orders, we use USPS International services.
How much does it cost to ship a package to my country?
International shipping rates vary depending on your location, the total weight of your package, and your desired shipping method. Your shipping options will be presented to you during the checkout process. If you have not set up an account with us yet and simply wish to inquire about the shipping cost without following through with the checkout process, you may estimate the shipping cost of your order by following these steps:

Will I get a tracking number when my order ships?
USPS First Class mail international, and USPS Priority international shipping options are very often without international tracking data. We highly recommend shipping option with tracking (also very fast): USPS Express international.
Do I have to pay import duty and taxes?
Please note that customer is responsible for the import duties and taxes (VAT) that may be due after your package reaches your country. Please contact your local customs office to verify fees and regulations. We can not be responsible for customs delays that may happen in your country.
