At Orbtronic, we are committed to offering a no-risk, no-hassle guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days for a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs (shipping charges incurred to deliver your order). Items must be returned in their original new condition and packaging.

Important Note on Battery Returns:

• Condition: If returned batteries are damaged, scratched, or used, a 35% restocking fee will be applied.
• Pre-Purchase Consultation: Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure which batteries are compatible with your application/device.

Refund and Replacement Options:

We will gladly replace the item, refund your money, or apply the product's price toward any other item in our store—your choice!

International Buyers:

International buyers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs both ways.

Exceptions:

• Non-Orbtronic Batteries: No returns are allowed unless the product is defective upon receipt.
• Orbtronic Batteries: Batteries with the Orbtronic name on the cell come with 100% full support for as long as you own the Orbtronic battery cell.
